This will transfer you to our after hours line. If no one answers, we may be busy with calls so please leave a message and we will call you back promptly. We check messages often on this line. When calling after hours we can only assist those with general product info questions and take sales orders, sorry all others we will take a message and call you back the following business day.

express) and international wire transfers. Payment is due at the time of the order. Since most products are made to order, no orders will be
processed until full payment has been received.

Standard processing and production time takes an average of 10 business
days* (usual estimate time - not guarantied) not including transit time(US 3-7 business days*, check transit time below). However,
this time period may be quicker or much longer, depending on the size
of order, types of products, requests of changes, customizing items, and back-orders on
Shipping by air, land or sea is possible. We export worldwide! Most of all our products are shipped assembled(unless noted). The size, weight and quantity of products ordered will determine which type of shipping is available. Any damage or missing items must be immediately notified in the bill of landing.
Cancellation and return policy:
Please double check and fully understand what your ordering. Errors in a order can be costly due to shipping so we recommend that you call us before you place your order if you are not sure or don't understand something. Due to the fact that mostly every products here at Jumps USA are made to order and many steps have been taken the second you placed your order. This why "All sales are final" (no exemptions). If for some reason you need to cancel your order before it as shipped out of our warehouse, depending on the items ordered and at our option, a minimum 15% charge (processing fee) of total order is applied which includes restocking, admin processing, credit card merchant fee, online commission charges, and web gateway charge. Once your order as shipped out and for some reason you need to return your order, the initial 15% processing fee plus the initial shipping cost (one way to your location) which is a up to 15% charge of total order not including extra shipping charges for international orders (keep in mind that some shipping costs as been built into our prices), and you are responsible to make arrangements to return the items in the same condition you received them including the return shipping cost prepaid. If you had the products longer than 7 days after the delivery date they are non returnable. Cancellations must be done in writing. Please allow 5-12 business days to process your refund. note: If a "charge-back" occurs by the customer at any time, a $50 fee will be due or deducted to your refund process.
Note: Cancellation and return doensn't apply on discounted orders (one the order is shipped , there is no cancellation or return on discounted orders).
Any returned item received damaged will be charged at the full retail price listed on our website at the time of return.
