Ordering

For your convenience you may order by phone, fax, mail or via the internet. Orders under $99.00 a low order fee of $14.99 will be applied at checkout.

Payment

We accept personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, paypal, and most credit cards(visa, mastercard, discover, american express). Payment is due at the time of the order. No orders will be processed or shipped until full payment has been received.

Delivery

Because we are the manufacturer we have full control of your order, so we strive for a quick delivery time with every customers. Standard processing and production time takes an average of 7-14 business days or more not including transit time(check transit time below). However, this time period may be quicker or much longer, depending on the size of order, requests of changes, customizing items, and backorders on special products. ATTENTION: If you need to receive your products before a specific date like a horse show, please notify us in writing in the comment box at checkout, email or fax at the time of the order (extra fees may apply). Upon receipt of full payment, no orders will be processed. If you set up an online account you can login and check the status of your order. Tracking numbers will be also available online and sent to you by email the day your order has been shipped out (in most cases).

Shipping

Shipping by air, land or sea is possible. Most of all our products are shipped assembled(unless noted). The size, weight and quantity of products ordered will determine which type of shipping is available.

Shipping costs: (a percentage of total price)
- US (inner continental): Shipping included (orders over $100). Which is an average cost of 15% of the product amount.(plus a fuel surcharge may be applicable)
- AK & HI: an added 20% charge at checkout. Standard shipping to local terminal.
- Canada*: an added 20% charge at checkout. Standard shipping to local terminal.
- European Countries*: an added charge of 30% at checkout. Standard shipping to local terminal.
- Pacifica* (Australia & Asia): an added charge of 30%. place order (fee will be charged later automatically). Standard shipping to local terminal.
- Mid. & South American Countries, Caribbeans*: an added charge of 25% at checkout. Standard shipping to local terminal.
- All Other Countries*: an added charge between 25%-35%. place order (fee will be charged later automatically). Standard shipping to local terminal.
International orders (please read below) 
*NOTE: Any country taxes, tariff, customs brokers, customs, or duty fees are customers responsbility.
*Due to size and costs of our products most International orders will be shipped to the shipping companys' local terminal. Please inform the shipping company or JumpsUSA for Residential delivery at an extra charge.

For quicker shipping please check our Course Packages that are kept in inventory and are are available for immediate packaging. Customer has option to pick up to save shipping costs.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS!!!

***You must note any missing or damage on the delivery receipt so that we can make a claim against the shipping company. If no notations made on the Bill of Lading the claim may be denied at your cost.***

UPON RECEIVEING YOUR SHIPMENT:
- Inspect your shipment  for damages. (broken, crushed, torn boxes, etc...)
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Notify JumpsUSA within 24 hours to report damage. (proof of pictures may be needed)

Cancellation

All sales are final. In case of cancellation of the order, but prior to shipping, only shipping charges will be refunded which is 15% of the product price(not including merchant fees of 3%). After order is shipped there is no return policy, no exceptions. It is the customers reponsiblity to know what they are buying. All the terms and contitions is understood by the customer fully before ordering. Customer has option to pick up to save shipping costs.

Warranty

Manufacturer's "Lifetime Warranty"

JumpsUSA warrants to the original purchaser that, for a period of twenty five (25) years from the date of retail purchase, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations, are free from defects in material and workmanship. When used under normal conditions and proper use, JumpsUSA pvc products will not yellow,  get chalked, fade due to normal UV damage, peel, pit, rot, blister, warp, crack, abnormally weather or be consumed by insects. If such a defect or degradation is discovered, Jumpsusa will, at their option, replace the defective part, not including any shipping charges which are between 15% and 17% for each way.

Manufacturer's "Breakage Warranty"

JumpsUSA warrants to the original purchaser that, for a period of five (5) years from the date of retail purchase, its products will be warranted against breakage on all PVC Products under normal use and conditions(not including heavy equipment). This is a limited warranty shall not apply to any products which have been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, or have been used in a manner unintended.  JumpsUSA sole obligation shall, at ther option to replace the quantity of its product proved to manufacturer to be defective, providing the products are properly used and are being used as originally intended.  Any claims under this Limited Warranty must be made within five (5) years of retail purchase of the product, must be in writing, accompanied by proof of purchase and pictures of each broken parts, and must include the return of the defective product, freight prepaid for both ways which the cost is usually between 15% and 17% of the price of the product for each way, to JumpsUSA. Exceptions: all Fill-ups(gates, wall, roll tops, v-tops), Keyhole tracks, Jump cups, rails(poles) will be pro-rated of the cost of replacement over the five-year term at 25% per year(not including any shipping costs which is between 15% and 17% of product price). and Vinyl adhesives including Vinyl applications of letters, vinyl stripes, and special designs (real bricks, stone, ledge, old wood, tiles, etc...) are only warranted for fading under normal exposure to UV.

- Extended warranty (15yrs): (option must be selected) The items that you selected will be protected from any damage do to use or even accidents. Exceptions: any natural disasters ("act of god"), flood, fire damage, theft, intentional misuse (at our option).

IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, LOSS, EXPENSE, DAMAGES, SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILTY.  THE ABOVE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AVAILABLE TO YOU.  NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE MADE.  ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE ARE EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.
