Important notes:

-ATTENTION: If you need to receive your products before a specific date like a horse show, please notify us in writing in the comment box at checkout, email or fax at the time of the order (extra fees may apply in some extreme cases).

-Orders under $99.00 may be subject to a low order shipping fee of $14.99 will be applied at checkout.

-All products design and colors are subject to change or vary from their pictures shown due to product enhancement and manufacturing changes.

-We Ship Worldwide (check out the shipping transit & costs info section below)

- Due to shipping charges, Minimum Order Quantity for poles is 6 poles.

Ordering

For your convenience you may order by phone, fax, mail or via the internet (recommended). If you have any questions about our products please give us a call. For support and sales we are available Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (US Eastern standard Time -5 hrs UTC). After hours sales, select option 2. This will transfer you to our after hours line. If no one answers, we may be busy with calls so please leave a message and we will call you back promptly. We check messages often on this line. When calling after hours we can only assist those with general product info questions and take sales orders, sorry all others we will take a message and call you back the following business day.

Payment

We accept checks, money orders, cashier checks, PayPal, and most credit cards(visa, master-card, discover, american express) and international wire transfers. Payment is due at the time of the order. Since most products are made to order, no orders will be processed until full payment has been received.

Delivery Time:

Because we are the manufacturer we have full control of your order, so we strive for a quick delivery time with every customers. Standard processing and production time takes an average of 10 business days* (usual estimate time - not guarantied) not including transit time(US 3-7 business days*, check transit time below). However, this time period may be quicker or much longer, depending on the size of order, types of products, requests of changes, customizing items, and back-orders on special products.

Please note: Your shipment may be subject to delays for reasons that include, but are not limited to, product availability, inventory, transport carrier delays, and completion of other required artwork by customer (for logos). Items in your order will be held until all items in your order can be sent in one shipment.
Upon receipt of full payment, no orders will be processed and manufactured due to the fact that most of our products are made to order. If you set up an online account you can login and check the status of your order.

Shipping

Shipping by air, land or sea is possible. We export worldwide! Most of all our products are shipped assembled(unless noted). The size, weight and quantity of products ordered will determine which type of shipping is available. Any damage or missing items must be immediately notified in the bill of landing. 


Shipping Transit & Costs:
- US (inner contiguous continental states only - excluding Alaska, Hawaii, or any other US islands/territories): Shipping costs included: residential shipping without liftgate service: fees may apply if  extra service is needed (average of 15% which is built into our prices) Orders under $99.00 a low order shipping fee of $14.99 will be applied at checkout.
Transit time: 3 to 7 business days* (orders under 125 pounds - by UPS/FEDEX)
Transit time: 3 to 10 business days* (orders over 125 pounds - by truck)
- Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada: shipping cost based on order size and total (the larger the order the lower the extra shipping charge percentage), please use our checkout page to view extra shipping charge.
Transit time: 5 to 10 business days* (orders under 125 pounds - by air UPS/FEDEX)
Transit time: 7 to 14 business days* (orders over 125 pounds - by truck)
- All other International: shipping cost based on order size and total (the larger the order the lower the extra shipping charge percentage), please use our checkout page to view extra shipping charge.

Transit time: 20 to 60 business days* (orders over 125 pounds - by boat)

Cancellation and return policy:

Please double check and fully understand what your ordering. Errors in a order can be costly due to shipping so we recommend that you call us before you place your order if you are not sure or don't understand something. Due to the fact that mostly every products here at Jumps USA are made to order and many steps have been taken the second you placed your order. This why "All sales are final" (no exemptions). If for some reason you need to cancel your order before it as shipped out of our warehouse, depending on the items ordered and at our option, a minimum 15% charge (processing fee) of total order is applied which includes restocking, admin processing, credit card merchant fee, online commission charges, and web gateway charge. Once your order as shipped out and for some reason you need to return your order, the initial 15% processing fee plus the initial shipping cost (one way to your location) which is a up to 15% charge of total order not including extra shipping charges for international orders (keep in mind that some shipping costs as been built into our prices), and you are responsible to make arrangements to return the items in the same condition you received them including the return shipping cost prepaid. If you had the products longer than 10days after the delivery date they are non returnable. Cancellations must be done in writing. Please allow 5-12 business days to process your refund. note: If a "charge-back" occurs by the customer at any time, a $50 fee will be due or deducted to your refund process.

Note: Cancellation and return doensn't apply on discounted orders (one the order is shipped , there is no cancellation or return on discounted orders).

Any returned item received damaged will be charged at the full retail price listed on our website at the time of return.

Warranty on PVC Material "Limited LifeTime":

Jumps USA warrants only its PVC "vinyl" material, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations, are free from defects in material and workmanship. When installed and used under normal conditions and proper use, Jumps USA warrants only its PVC "vinyl" material will not peel, pit, rot, blister, warp, crack, abnormally weather or be consumed by insects. If such a defect or degradation is discovered, Jumps USA will, at their option, replace the defective material, not including shipping costs for the product to be replaced.This Warranty is for the lifetime of the original purchaser while the original purchaser retains ownership of the products and still resides at the same property where the products are located.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE
This Warranty does not cover situations and events beyond normal exposure conditions, including, without limitation:
Failure or damage resulting from improper installation
Defects or degradation caused by mixing Jumps USA products with those of another manufacturer
Improper use, settlement or failure of any structure or soil in which our PVC products are installed
Normal and expected weathering (defined as exposure to ultraviolet light and extremes of weather and atmosphere that cause any colored surface to experience changes, including, without limitation, chalking, fading or accumulation of dirt or stains)
Exposure to airborne pollutants, harmful chemicals, mineral-rich water, or paint, varnish or other coating being applied to the our PVC products.
Accidental or intentional misuse, abuse, or neglect, including, without limitation, failure to properly maintain our PVC products, impacts of foreign objects, impacts for your horse, impacts from your ring tractor, and acts of God
Any other cause not involving a material or manufacturing defect
Our Plastic Jump Cups and Keyhole tracks are excluded for full coverage
Our Plastic plugs/screws and metal screws may not apply for this coverage
This coverage excludes defects with vinyl welds.
  Jumps USAwill not be responsible for shipping costs or other expenses not directly incurred by Jumps USA in effecting any claims under this Warranty

Jumps USA will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages unless otherwise required by the law of your state. 
Jumps USA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Jumps USA reserves the right to discontinue or modify its products, including color, and will not be responsible in the event replacement products vary in color or gloss compared to the original product as a result of weathering or otherwise.
Desert climate exclusion: Due to UV conditions in desert climates, Jumps USA warrants weather-ability over a life of 20 years to be equivalent to other vinyl products sold in desert climates, with remedies limited to material replacement only.

CLAIMS AND REMEDIES
To exercise your right under this Warranty, you must notify Jumps USA in writing at info@jumpsusa.com. You must notify Jumps USA within 30 days of the date the defect was discovered or should have reasonably been discovered. In your notice, briefly state the nature of your claim and include proof of purchase. Jumps USA may require you to submit pictures of each defects and/or a sample of the defective product. Jumps USA reserves the right to provide similar product of equal or greater quality and value. Jumps USA will not be responsible in the event replacement products vary in color or gloss compared to the original product as a result of weathering or otherwise.

Warranty on Breakage:

Jumps USA warrants breakage for 2 years from date purchased only its PVC "vinyl" horse jumps and dressage arenas products, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations, are free from defects in material and workmanship. When installed and used under normal conditions and proper use.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE 
- Damage due horse crashing, transportation, heavy equipment like your ring tractor, from throwing the product, arena drag damage, 
Accidental or intentional misuse, abuse, or neglect, including, without limitation, failure to properly maintain our PVC products, impacts of foreign objects, and acts of God
Do to safety purposes and extreme load of stress when used this coverage excludes jump cups, keyhole tracks, and plastic plugs/screws which as a 90 day warranty from purchase.
